This privacy policy describes how Myrmidon Industries, LLC (the company behind Civitas Compliance) collects and uses information when you visit civitascom.com. It applies to this public marketing website only. The Civitas Compliance application and the CivicPath mobile application are governed by their own privacy notices.

What we collect

For v1 of this site, we collect no personal information directly from visitors. There are no cookies set by this site. There are no analytics scripts. There are no third-party trackers. There are no contact forms.

Standard server logs are retained by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and operational purposes only. These logs include IP address, user-agent string, request path, and request timestamp. Server logs are retained for 30 days and are not used for marketing, profiling, or any commercial purpose.

What we do not collect

We do not use cookies. We do not run analytics. We do not embed pixels or trackers from advertising networks, social platforms, or marketing automation tools. We do not sell or rent any data, because we do not collect any data to sell or rent.

Future changes

This policy will be updated when this site introduces (1) privacy-respecting analytics (currently planned: Plausible, which is cookieless and aggregate-only), or (2) any contact form or newsletter signup. We will not introduce any tool that requires cookie consent banners.
